HNTR AI provides an AI-powered recruiting intelligence platform for wealth management firms. The Service includes advisor scoring, pipeline management, behavioral signal analysis, and related features.
To access the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Service, including its algorithms, scoring models (BLIX™, HNTR Signal™, HNTR Watch™, HNTR Fit™), and user interface, is protected by intellectual property laws. Patent Pending: Provisional Patent Application #63/959,467.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Billing terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are provided at the time of subscription.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. HNTR AI does not guarantee the accuracy of scoring models or intelligence outputs. Recruiting decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HNTR AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
